So I’ve covered child welfare reform in Nebraska off-and-on for the past year; I’m looking to do an update, but what’s really missing from the conversation are voices of the caseworkers themselves. Current employees of the various contractors are under a lot of pressure to not talk to the media, but I know KVC recently laid off 75 employees … wondering if my Lincoln followers know anyone who was laid off who might be willing to talk about their experiences for a Nebraska Public Radio story.
